Dies + Molds

If you need to produce your parts in high volumes an alternative process such as Injection Molding or Stamping may offer a more efficient solution.

Some machined parts depending on various characteristics and specifications may be reconfigured to be manufactured using a high volume process like Injection Molding or Stamping.

We can help you in evaluating your design and requirements to determine if an alternative process will work and we will manufacture the Mold and Dies for you.

Progressive Dies, Compound Dies, Forming and Deep Drawing Dies.

Based on your requirements, your drawings or samples, we will design the most appropriate Process and Manufacture the Dies for your parts.

We will even produce your parts at our 40,000 sq.ft. Stampings Plant in Mexico.

Weather you need a limited number of prototypes, small batches or large volumes in steel, aluminum, cooper or stainless steel, we have you covered.

Do you need a higher volume of parts in aluminum or in a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer ? We also design and manufacture Multiple and Single Cavity Injection Molds, Blow Molds and Thermoform Molds.

Jigs + Fixtures

Do you need a Verifying Station to assure the dimensions and specifications of your components?

We will design and manufacture a Measuring Jig for your product according to your drawing specifications and GD+T requirements.

If you need a Fixture to test, assemble or position your products, we will design the most efficient Tool according to your process' specifications.

CNC + CAD + CAM

From Concept through Model to real 3D product.

We will turn your Idea, Drawing or Blueprint into a 3D CAD Model. From here you will be able to evaluate many features relevant to your design.

We use Solid Computer Aided Design on our workstation to up load dimensions and specifications to our system.

We will also reverse engineer your Scaled Model, Prototype or Sample. At this point we will generate an IGES file that you can use to view or modify you product. You will also be able to share the 3D model with your vendors.

We can also generate the code needed to produce the part on a CNC machine with the help of our CAD system. This code is the final step of the link between your design and the machine that will turn your idea into a real 3D part.
